INDIAN INSTITUTE OF ARTS AND CULTURE
School of Bhangra and Gidha
IIAC has been established to enrich the local community's interest in Indian culture. Today's younger generation is missing out on the essentials of the values and customs their culture has to offer. Our job here at IIAC is to help restore and regenerate a proper and traditional up bringing of today's youth by incorporating dance, drama and other performing arts as a terminal of expressing cultural identity. The primary goal of this institute is to bring children closer to their roots and to build a bridge with the non-Indian communities.
IIAC also participates in non-Indian events which gives it's students a broad prospective of the many cultures we are surrounded by. We also provide complimentary turban tying lessons.
Dance is a language everyone around the world understands..."
